Q: FORMS OF PAYMENT
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY FABRIC?
A:
Once you have added all of the items to your shopping cart, just follow the instructions to make payment. We accept Money Order and Direct Deposit from Australian buyers as well as Paypal which accepts most major credit cards. We only accept Paypal from International buyers.
If you are lucky enough to live in sunny Brisbane, you are most welcome to collect your purchases from our retail store. We are open on Saturdays from 9.30 til 12.00 for collection.
Q: REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY
DO YOU OFFER A REFUND OR EXCHANGES?
A:
Due to the nature of fabric, we do not refund or exchange once a fabric has been cut, so please choose carefully.
We do gladly offer a refund or item replacement on any of our fabrics that are found to be faulty. We ask that you email us before sending back your item. We then ask you to return the item within 7 days or receipt of your parcel.
Unfortunately we cannot refund for any other reason, so please choose carefully.
Please also note that colours may vary between monitors, so feel free to email us with any questions before making a purchase.

I MANUFACTURE GOODS FROM FABRIC, DO YOU SELL WHOLESALE?
A:
We are a retail store only. We do however offer discounts to registered businesses for orders over $500. Please email us on funkyfabricsonline@bigpond.com for further information.

DO YOU OFFER ANY DISCOUNTS ON LARGE ORDERS?
A:
No all our prices are fixed, which makes it fair for all our buyers. We often have specials so don't forget to check back often.
Q: FABRIC WIDTH AND CONTENT
WHAT ARE YOUR FABRICS MADE FROM AND WHAT IS THE WIDTH OF THE FABRIC?
A:
All our fabrics are 100% cotton, quilting weight.
They are all 113cm (44-45") in width unless otherwise noted.
Our fabrics are suitable for clothing, cushions, wall art, light upholstery, drapery and craft applications. Use is only limited by imagination!
Q: INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CHARGES
DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS, AND WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
A:
Yes, we ship worldwide daily. We ship via airmail which takes approx. 6 to 20 working days to arrive.
Please note that we are not responsible for any delays that can occur in customs.
International buyers are responsible for any custom taxes imposed by their Custom Authorities.
